Chicken Wings

Cut the wings up into pieces
In a bowl:

5 oz. soy sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ground ginger
1 cup brown sugar

Mix well. Pour over wings and toss to coat.

Cover and marinate 4 hours or overnight.

Put wings in a foil-lined pan. Bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour. Turn wings over after 30 minutes to make sure they are browned on both sides.
