Cream Cheese Pound Cakes

3 sticks of softened butter
8 oz. cream cheese
3 cups sugar
6 eggs
3 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla

Cream butter and cream cheese. Add sugar and beat until fluffy. Add 1 egg at a time, beating well after each. Gradually add flour and salt. Add vanilla and mix well. Pour into greased and floured pans. Bake at 325 degrees.

  • Loaf pans - approx. 35 minutes to 1 hour and 10 minutes
